The Budget Worksheet is intended to be a resource tool for you to begin understanding that the process and costs associated with purchasing land and constructing a building goes well beyond the purchase price of the land and the cost of the bricks & mortar that are used in the building.

Each of the Line Items on this Worksheet demonstrates a generic example of most all of the costs associated with all projects. Once a specific property is identified this tool can be expanded to include additional items that are site specific. Those items listed can be also expanded to more specific expenses once they are identified during the course of the project.

Our belief is that it is never to early to begin counting the cost and that it is highly recommended that you review your previous efforts on a regular basis and or at each milestone that is reached during the process.

Being able to understand the total costs of the project will help you in looking at how much you will need to save and or borrow to complete the project.
